Ellie is 6 this month - how did that happen!

Ellie has started her jumping career! We are very proud of her (and Snowy of course)
Its half term - two fab weeks off so we have a very busy schedule so lots of piccies of all our activities

Back to school
More rain
Ellie competed in her first show with Snowy at Sunnybank Equestrian Centre. They had the time of their lives - both pony and child really enjoyed themselves.
Otherwise, we had a quiet month.

Well, its been a very wet month!
We went to the show at Bridgend and I can honestly say I've never seen so much mud!
Ellie competed in her FIRST EVER pony show - sadly she couldn't do it on Snowy but she still WON her class - we are SO proud of her - we are fit to burst.
She finished Reception and got a good end of year report.
Sarah was in a demonstration at Tal y garn so we had great fun watching her at that (she is the girl that rides Snowy for us - we think the world of her).
We went to the Royal Welsh Show which we would recommend to anyone, its great!
Ellie did her first long ride, on the road. 3.3 miles!
Her first tooth came out on 30 July 2007. She kinda helped it along as she bit a nectarine a few weeks ago and then yanked and yanked so we think there will be a gap for quite a while yet :0(

Half way through the year! Where has the time gone
Well, Snowy has settled in well and Ellie is making progress with her riding
Andrew's leg is healing following his bike accident
Ellie had her Reception Assembly - bought a tear to the eye it did!

Its been a busy month with Snowy joining our family and Andrew having his bike accident. Ellie got her first swimming awards - we are just amazed by this child who was terrified of water 6 months ago - now getting awards! How cool is that
